WCB U11 Long Itchington v Kenilworth Wardens
The WCB under11 league match between Long Itchington (home side) and Kenilworth Wardens details were as follows:
Kenilworth Wardens won the toss and invited Long Itchington to bat on a beautiful summery evening. Long Itchington scored 323 for 2 wickets (net313) in 16 overs with Will Davies top-scoring with a powerful 36 not out well supported by Sam Green-Armytage with 16 not out, George taking 1 for 6 for Wardens.
In reply Kenilworth Wardens scored 268 for 17 wickets (net183) in16 overs, Ed Statham top-scored for Wardens with 13 for once out (net8). Long Itchington`s skipper Jake Butler took 4 wickets in 4 balls and in his 3 overs he took 6 for 16, Harris Qureshi also took 3 for 5 for Long Itchington.
Long Itchington therefore won the match by130 runs.

Its time that Jake Butler moved up to the Under 13′s, he is dominating at the Under 11 level….I say unleash his unbridled talents at the higher level. Another dominating performance 6/16 and 4 wickets in 4 balls……well done Jake. (Welshy)
